These terms cover work between you and Uplaps Digital Solutions, the studio of Zain Ali at Street No. 2, State Life Society, Lahore, Pakistan. Starting a project means you agree to this way of working.
Scope
Work is described as milestones. A milestone names the result. We do not start a milestone until you have seen that description. Unlimited revisions apply inside it. Anything outside it is a new milestone.
Payment
Uplaps does not take an advance. A milestone becomes payable when you approve the delivery. You pay the amount written on that milestone, in the currency written on it, by the method we confirm. Ad spend is paid by you to the advertising platform and is separate from our fee. Hosting subscriptions are paid by you to the host.
Money back
If a delivered milestone does not match its written scope, you may reject it and we refund the amount you paid Uplaps for that milestone. Work you approved is not refunded. Platform fees you paid directly to HighLevel, Shopify, Google, Meta, Hostinger, or a payment provider are not ours to refund.
Accounts and files
Your website, store, ad account, hosting, and code stay in your name. We ask for access only for the milestone. Clone and migration work covers designs and content you have the right to use.
