Hostinger setup is the unglamorous work that decides whether a launch is calm. Uplaps points the domain, creates the mailboxes, turns on SSL, and installs the site on the plan that can actually run it. We do this for clients in Lahore and for clients who will never visit Lahore.
A WordPress site and a custom Node.js app do not belong on the same checkbox. We look at the software first. If you are moving, we treat it as a migration: backup, staging, DNS cutover, and a day of watching the logs. Email is included in the plan, because a website that loads while the founder’s email dies is not a finished move.
After setup, critical care can continue as maintenance. If something breaks at the host, you already know who to send it to.
Included
- The right Hostinger plan for the site you actually have
- Domain connection and DNS records
- Business email on your domain
- SSL and a check that http redirects to https
- WordPress install, or a Node.js app on a plan that supports it
- A first backup before we call it done
How a project moves
Shared WordPress hosting and a Node.js app are not the same product. We choose before you pay the host.
Domain, email, and SSL, with the records written down.
We open the site on mobile data, send a test email, and save a backup.
Questions
Can every website run on basic Hostinger hosting?
WordPress and most PHP sites can. A Next.js or other Node.js application needs a Hostinger plan that runs Node, or a VPS. We will tell you which one before the move.
Do you buy the hosting for us?
The Hostinger account should be in your name. We can guide the purchase and then do the setup. You should always be able to log in without us.
Can you move an existing site onto Hostinger?
Yes. That is a migration milestone: files, database, email, and redirects, with a backup taken first.
