A broken website feels urgent because it is. Leads stop, checkout stops, or the homepage says something you did not write. Uplaps picks up critical failures the same working day, Monday to Saturday, 11:00–20:00 Pakistan time. You do not pay an advance to get that look.

The message that saves time

Send five things.

The address of the page. What you expected to happen. What happens instead. A screenshot or the exact error line. Whether you can still log in to the site, the host, or both.

If checkout is the failure, say which payment method and which country you tested from. If a form is the failure, say where the message should have arrived. If the host or domain changed this week, say that first. Most “mystery” outages are a DNS record, an expired certificate, a plugin update, or a deploy that stopped halfway.

What we do first

We confirm the business-critical break, take a backup where we still can, and stabilize. A rollback is a success if it returns the site. A clever rewrite in the middle of an outage is not.

Hacked pages are the same first hour: stop the damage, then write the cleanup as its own milestone. We will not call a malware rebuild a tiny patch.

What we need from you after the first reply

Access, once we know the failure is real. The host login, the CMS login, or a person who can add our user. Share access through the host’s own invite where you can. Do not send a list of passwords in a public channel.

If the site should not be saved

Sometimes the honest fix is a migration or a rebuild. We will say that after we have seen the site, and we will keep the old one online until the new one is ready. Clone and migration live in the same studio as the emergency work.

Start from the contact page or WhatsApp. Include the URL in the first sentence.
