Google Ads management cost is what you pay the person who builds and watches the account. It is not the money Google charges per click. A quote that hides those two numbers inside one “advertising package” is hard to audit, and it is the wrong way to buy ads for a small business.
What the first milestone covers
An account in the business’s name. Conversion tracking that records the call, the form, or the purchase, including a GA4 check when that is missing. A small set of campaigns with a daily limit you can afford to learn from. Ads and a page that say the same thing. A plain note of which searches produced enquiries.
Meta ads, if you need them in the same month, are called out. They are not automatically included because someone said “ads.”
What you should refuse
A guaranteed customer count. A long contract before the tracking has fired once. A request to put the ad spend on the studio’s card. Uplaps bills the milestone. You pay Google and Meta yourself. Google Ads for small businesses is the service page. There is no advance on the studio fee.
Questions
Is the management fee a percent of ad spend?
Not by default at Uplaps. The setup is a milestone, and a later month of management is another milestone. Media spend is paid to Google or Meta in your account.
Does the fee include the landing page?
Only if the page is in the written scope. A weak page is often the reason ads fail, so it should be named, not assumed.
Do you guarantee a number of leads?
No. Anyone who does, before seeing the offer and the market, is guessing with your budget.
